5. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping

  • Free shipping for all orders within India.

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. The customer is responsible for any additional customs duties and taxes.

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and dispatched within 7-10 business days of payment.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Replacements

  • Replacements are offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Exact replacements may not be possible due to the handmade nature of our products; a similar item or store credit will be offered.
