Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping
All orders within India are shipped free of cost.
International Shipping
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase and this price will be the final cost for shipping.
Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
Domestic shipments typically take 5 - 10 days in transit.
Transit Time Internationally
International shipments generally take 7 - 25 days in transit, depending on several factors, including customs processing.
Dispatch Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and dispatched within 7-10 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, excluding national and gazetted holidays. We strive to minimize shipment delays during these periods.
Change of Delivery Address
We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us for an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress. If the package is not delivered within 3 days of the expected date, notify us. We are not responsible for any loss if not notified within 10 days after the expected delivery date.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it and contact customer service. If the parcel is delivered without you present, contact customer service for next steps.

Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These costs vary by country and are the customer's responsibility. If duties and taxes are refused, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense, and a refund for the value of goods minus return shipping costs will be issued. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
