Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy


At Arthat Handicrafts, we take pride in offering unique, handmade products crafted by skilled artisans. Each item is a one-of-a-kind piece, reflecting the creativity and skill of the artisan. Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in colour, size, and design from the displayed images may occur, adding to their unique charm.


Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns


  • Arthat Handicrafts reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.


  • Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt if they meet the criteria below.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing errors.


  • Customised orders are not eligible for return or refund.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us  at  mail.arthat.14@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product, and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return policy criteria.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacements

  • Replacements are offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, exact replacements may not be possible. In such cases, a similar item of equal value or a store credit will be offered. 

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact Us: Email us at mail.arthat.14@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product, and a description of the issue.
  2. Approval: Upon approval, we will send you a replacement or provide you with further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.

Colour and Size Disclaimer

Handmade Nature: Each product is handmade and unique. Variations in colour, size, and design are to be expected and celebrated as part of the item's charm. The product images on our website are for reference only and may not be an exact representation of the actual product.
